Handling End to End Recruitment ⮊ Interacting with the clients and doing detailed discussions for better understanding of requirements⮊ Sourcing the quality and suitable candidates with the help of resources provided.⮊ Co-ordinating in weekday and weekend drives⮊ Searching resume through internal database, references and external entities like Boolean Searches, ⮊ Mass Mailing through Job postings ⮊ Co-ordinating the interviews of candidates with the clients⮊ Scheduling and tracking the shortlisted candidates for the interview.⮊ Responsible for tracking the offered candidates until joins the organization and maintaining the Reports accordingly

● Responsible for Operations of Service Help Desk, which includes management of queries and service requests (SR) from the agent advisors, General offices and the customers.● Resolve Agent Advisor & Customer queries● Liaise with other support units in Home Office (such as Operations, Products, Actuaries, Finance, Admin, IT) to ensure that all local queries are resolved.● Passing on feedback to the users at the backend and ensure timely training.● Ensure follow up with customers, Agents to ensure complete satisfaction.● Ensure adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.● Maintaining MIS● Ensure end-to-end closure on escalations.● Ensure achieving targets on high aging cases
