Providing detailed information on all open risk, issue and changes to the account team.• Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice• Establishing Project Methodologies and ensures compliance to the Programme Governance Framework.• Managing Project finances, reporting monthly forecast, actual spend, variance analysis and weekly project status reports.• Understanding the client requirements.
