CurrentI have experience managing a variety of rejections, eligibility, authorization, and appeals in my role as a Denial Management Analyst at InfiMed Solution, working with Universal Med Supply, a DME company. I put forth a lot of effort to make sure that the claims submitted by our clients are processed and paid appropriately. I also investigate the reasons behind denials and create practical ways to reduce them in the future. I also promise to keep lines of communication open and transparent with patients, assisting them in understanding their insurance coverage and addressing any billing queries or issues they may have.
