“Life is a journey of continuous learning and making oneself useful to the larger society.25+ years in the People function, handled varied responsibilities- Head HR for over 12 years, delved into diverse initiatives such as Finishing school, CSR, HR Shared services setup, D&I initiatives, and serving as a POSH presiding officer. Each experience felt like a stepping stone, preparing me for the exciting journey ahead—exploring, contributing, collaborating, and continually learning.Now as a Consultant, the thrill lies in leveraging my expertise to assist SMEs and start-ups. My spectrum of HR services includes crafting policies, mentoring HR personnel, conducting HR Audits, delivering tailored training and development, providing wellness coaching, and ensuring POSH compliance and training.Change is the only constant, but so is the abundance of opportunities to impact the world positively. Embracing multiple roles as an HR & Wellness coach, Voiceover enthusiast, and devoted Volunteer for social causes, I find joy in these diverse avatars.Whether closely collaborating with corporates, students, or people at large, my purpose remains consistent—to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.And so, the journey continues, with each step resonating the belief that amidst change, there are endless opportunities to shape a better world.
