Each experience felt like a stepping stone, preparing me for the exciting journey ahead—exploring, contributing, collaborating, and continually learning.Now as a Consultant, the thrill lies in leveraging my expertise to assist SMEs and start-ups. My spectrum of HR services includes crafting policies, mentoring HR personnel, conducting HR Audits, delivering tailored training and development, providing wellness coaching, and ensuring POSH compliance and training.Change is the only constant, but so is the abundance of opportunities to impact the world positively.
