• Led evaluation of potential business opportunities and development of Coal projects in Colombia operations. This action opened the largest coal mining operation: El Descanso Coal Mine to produce 30M tons per year for.
• Led mine planning for the new mine contracts in Colombia. This action reduced $10M of operational costs for four years.

• Expert in geostatistics, pit optimization techniques, and NPV maximization for coal properties.
