CurrentI regularly advise employers on a range of employment issues from taking proactive steps to advising on issues that have gone wrong. I advise on all areas of employment law but I have a particular specialism in equality and diversity issues, executive terminations, employment issues on business transfers and strategic projects.I have worked with clients in a number of sectors including transport, retail, financial services industry and schools. The experience gained from this wide range of employers has enabled me to deliver innovative solutions to help employers manage risks.I also have considerable experience of training managers and future leaders of your business. The training I have delivered is not your run-of-the-mill training but the demanding, interactive and challenging sort which leaves the employees with ideas and action lists.
