Guiding and mentoring students from master and doctoral programs to complete their research-based thesis.

This internship was a memorable and life changing experience for me. Not only I got an exposure to the Swedish Higher Education System but also gained the opportunity to work with a team of enthusiastic and supportive teachers. They all welcomed me with great enthusiasm and appreciated my efforts and skills which motivated me to work with more dedication. I am thankful to my mentor Carolina and Program Coordinator Evelin for giving me this opportunity to use my knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with them and contribute in the Pathway Programmes Course. This is not the end to this great learning experience and relationship but with this we both have new ways to interact and support each other in future. Thank you once again to all the team members of Jonkoping University Enterprise at Jonkoping and Granna for their unconditional support and love which make this internship more memorable for me. She was teaching Organizational Behavior, Performance Appraisal, Training &Development and Human Resource Management. She was creating many Human Resource professionals required for contemporary management. She introduced students with executive competencies which required for Gen Y and Millennial professionals. She organized workshop for HR functional heads and business managers to enhance their Leadership skills.

She published papers related to Organizational Change & Development, Talent Management, Creativity & Innovation Management and Sustainability in Organizations. She also worked in areas like Talent Retention, Intrapreneurship, and Organization culture. She has attained expertise in strategic HRM and Green HRM

She has developed an Innovation Process model for Indian pharmaceutical companies which involved in R&D activities. This model will be helpful for companies in order to enhance their creativity and innovation in terms of identifying and developing new drugs for minimizing cost of drugs for common people. Model suggested companies on various aspects of HR which involve HR Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Training Methods, Organizational Culture & Communication, along with Talent Retention and Motivation for continuous creative and innovative efforts.

She worked as Teaching Professional for HR core subjects like Human Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personality Development. She organized special events to develop awareness and understanding of students towards organizational culture and their corporate logos and brands.

She worked as a Management lecturer and delegated lectures on Human Resource Management, Strtegic HRM, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, and Talent Management. She worked as secretary in the department of cultural affairs.
