I supervised practical work advising on skills methods and techniques to assist the knowledge. I held classes multiple times a week to go over problems and exercises by using a variety of instructional and assessment strategies, as directed by the Teacher, to meet individual student needs. I collaborated with my professors on the development of appropriate teaching materials. I responded and communicated promptly with professors and students about learning materials of the courses daily basis. I organized meetings with hundreds of students regarding on questions about the courses.

Throughout my experience, I advised applicants regarding eligibility for a variety of study abroad programs. I monitored the economics of China and U.S, about their active legislation and politic issues. I collected records, confidential files and students' travel documents.

I administrated on resolving and monitoring any service issue, coordinated with staff members on aquatic maintenance and services to be implemented on the work premises. I managed schedules for all the swim instructors and delegated tasks and duties to the employees for their day-to-day activities.

My career as a collegiate athlete has given me an unparalleled work ethic towards balancing my athletics and my academic work and taught me exceptional time-management.

I integrated lesson plans tailored to individual swimmers to ensure that they learn in a method best feasible to them. If said lesson plans weren’t going according to schedule, I was able to change and be flexible with the child’s needs and still achieve some goals out of the training process.

I coached individuals in swimming lessons and ensured that they complete the program within the suggested time frame and I was able to effectively communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress on their lessons and incorporated the parent’s expectations of what they wanted their child to achieve within the program.
