• Managed operations of $10 million garment manufacturing of 210 products and of 5 factories in China and Vietnam. Forecasted the budgets and controlled the costs for each production.• Expanded the three-member team's revenue by 75% through cultivating relationships with two clients in UK, sourcing materials, identifying new vendors, negotiating prices with suppliers, ensuring quality control, and establishing and overseeing adherence to timetables for product manufacture and shipment. • Worked with designers to select prototypes for sales samples, hired manufacturers of sales samples, and collaborated with merchandisers to test market reaction.
