Ocean Drive Studio is a small gaming studio that launched its first game, Lost Eidolons, in 2022. As a community manager, I acted as the liaison between the players and the development teams within our studio. I compiled and organized player feedback from diverse sources to communicate key insights to our shareholders. I also coordinated and executed internal and external demo playtests and closed betas. I would manage the logistics, recruitment, and participant engagement to ensure comprehensive feedback. I conducted detailed analysis of survey results and player feedback to create reports to present findings to stakeholders to inform game development decisions. Hulu, a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company, is a national subscription streaming company that provides an extraordinary amount of content. I focus on collections for all of Hulu Ad Sales. I applied ~$280M cash monthly to open invoices. I consistently follow up on any short payments, overpayments, and prepayments, and reach out to any clients if there are any discrepancies or questions. I have consistently increased Hulu collections by ~$25-50M monthly with ~$15M focused on our past-due balances. I negotiate with clients on the collection of outstanding debts by providing organized Excel documentation of their aging. This includes scheduling bi-monthly meetings with large agencies in order to have a more personal relationship with clients. I collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues regarding disputes or inquiries from clients, especially when it comes to invoicing revisions. I analyzed integration errors and flagging any trends to streamline the invoicing process. I am also responsible for month-end reconciliation of our full aging and any audit requests. I have worked closely with many teams during system transition processes to ensure that all necessary data and processes were implemented correctly. This helped to ensure that our team’s productivity was not impacted negatively from the transition.

Gold Point Transportation is a trucking company servicing a variety of companies within Southern California, such as 3M and P&G. I worked as accounts receivables and also chassis accounts payables at Gold Point. As accounts receivables, I created, edited, and billed all invoices while maintaining professional communication with customers. I also followed up with customers in regards to past-due invoices over 30 days. As chassis accounts payables, I organized chassis invoices, disputed any charges, and processed payment to chassis providers. In addition, I input and updated chassis data into Trinium daily.

Uniti Bank is a Korean-American bank servicing the local communities of Southern California. I returned to Uniti Bank and worked as an SBA loan officer. The SBA Department focused on providing SBA loans to assist those purchasing or owning small businesses. As an SBA loan officer, I underwrote SBA 7(a) loans including financial and credit analysis and recommended or denied loan requests to authorizing approval authority. I performed all necessary due diligence associated with new loan underwriting and servicing. I performed and reviewed all searches including UCC, CAIVRS, OFAC, and IRS verification as well as environmental due diligence and appraisal reports. I followed up on funding conditions and coordinated with borrowers and Note Department. I reviewed tickler reports and obtained necessary documents.

Hanssem is a full-service interior company within South Korea. I was a part of the Hanssem NEXUS team, which specialized in the import and sales of high-end European furniture, with some brands including Molteni & C and Louis Poulsen. As a merchandise specialist, I assessed sales data to predict future sales trends and place orders to avoid shortage and excess inventory. I also maintained relationship with existing partner brands through visits, emails, and calls. We had plans to open up a flagship store that provided customers with a one-stop shop concept for all their interior needs. I researched high-end furniture/home brands for future partnership with company for the flagship project.

The Bouqs Company is a flower delivery service start-up that appeared on Shark Tank in 2016. The idea was to deliver farm-fresh flowers directly from our farms to the recipient with no middle-man to slow down the delivery process. As we were dealing with fresh, delicate flowers, customer service was a very important part of the company. I maintained an average response time of 22 minutes throughout all platforms, including all social media, CRM, and more. I performed weekly individual quality assurance meetings for a mentor group of 8 people, whom were outsourced overseas. I also responded to customer inquiries and incidents through email, chat, and the social media management platform, Sprinklr.

BLCK LABEL ACTIVE is a new upcoming ath-leisure wear. As the social media marketing intern, I curate and post daily on the company's social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). I started from the beginning and helped create the brand's image. We gained 200+ followers across all platforms within the span of two months.

Memorita was a photo recommendation website that helped find your best photos in just seconds. As the company grew, we changed our company to PhotoPanda, an iOS application that helps find bad photos that are taking up space on your camera roll. As the social media intern, I increased the social media following by 40% and strategized content to create a coherent brand image. I also helped promote the application and helped gather consumer data through surveys and questionnaires. As a beta tester, I did some quality assurance and provided information about bugs that were occurring.

Over the summers of 2014 and 2015, I worked at the summer program of Chadwick School. I helped create an educational and interactive environment to engage students and maintain their interests throughout the program. As a teacher assistant of their Prep program, I overlooked the classroom dynamic and provided guidance for students who needed help. As a camp counselor of their Camp program, I interacted with 12 students between the ages of 8 and 10 when participating in summer activities such as swim, art, sports, and games.
