I also founded a startup that focuses on the development of the non-invasive anti-cancer agent MA8789. Persuaded investors and fostered long-term relationships to raise $2M in funding. Delivered technical leadership in completing in-vitro and in-vivo studies. Participated in all aspects of business development from market research and finance to operations and marketing, ensuring adherence to the company's vision.List of my achievements: ➺ Completed 12 months in-vivo (mice) and in-vitro studies at QB3 Lab in UCSF.➺ Out-perform Cisplatin (Chemo drug) in in-vitro studies in Stomach, Colon, Brain, Breast, and Liver Cancer Cell lines.➺ Created and manufactured the chemical compounds that exhibit strong anti-cancer properties, named MA8789.

During this tenure, I directed the development of HR solutions for the US market leveraging Korean workers. Pooled resources with the Korean government to secure the deal of largest single deployment of labor in the US and South Korean history, a deal with St. John's Riverside Hospitals to deploy 10K South Korean nurses to offset the severe shortage of nurses in the US.My notable contributions: ➺ Created and signed the formal agreement with the Korean Government for the joint venture project.➺ Created and signed the formal agreement with the Korean Government and St. John's hospital to relocate 10,000 Korean registered nurses in hospitals in the New York States.

I anticipated the downfall of the Korean economy due to Korean currencies vulnerabilities and value drop, thus spearheading extremely innovative venture projects that benefit the strong dollar against weak Korean currency.My standalone achievement: ➺ Championed the grand project to include a number of conglomerates such as Asiana Airlines, Lotte Group, Daemyung Resort, and Midopa Department Store, generating more than $10M.
