Responsible for leadership, staffing and scheduling of clinical and office personnel across two outpatient clinics in Cedar Park and Leander. Oversee operations, planning, development and monitoring of policies and procedures for efficacy. Lead the vaccine program and lab reconciliation ensuring quality, forecasting demand and performing vendor cost comparisons. Perform employee evaluations, conflict resolution and serve as liaison between the Physician’s and the clinical staff to help facilitate employee engagement, identify successes and areas of improvement.Notable accomplishments include: Organized, staffed and led the opening of all 3 CPPFM locations growing the clinical staff to 45 employees 16 providers, proudly serving over 22,000 patients Implemented and trained clinical staff on all in office procedures and created streamlined workflow for better patient and employee satisfaction.Developed and implemented best front office practices to maximize patient flow, increase patient satisfaction and ensure ongoing compliance with DSHS, CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Operate detailed planning, price management and inventory software for the vaccine program.
