The breadth of our services are limited to only your imagination, including the following:*Business Services: Training and education on all topics of neurodiversity inclusion, from single-event learning opportunities to creating customs neodiversity programs. We focus on creating a culture of creativity and accommodation that benefits the business at every level using I/O Psychology principles.*Coaching: Professional, Peer, and Life coaching available to auties interested in embracing their brain and building and achieving sustainable goals. Topics include navigating the diagnosis process, "coming out" to friends/families/employers, accessing accommodation/support, and connecting with the autistic community. *Content Consulting: Providing sensitivity reading and consulting on topics of Autism for artistic projects (articles, novels, movies, etc.) We support creators in distancing from the autism stereotypes by offering real perspectives on Autism, especially as it intersects with ADHD, mental health, ethnic minority, low socio-economic standing, and queer and women's issues. *Consulting and Education for Autism Professionals and Parents: Many parents and autism service providers have limited relationships with autistic adults. Unfortunately, this can skew their perception of the autistic experience.
