Service Design InternSilo Ai May 2021 - Nov 2021I had a 6 months intern period at Silo AI to produce a service design project for the Silo AI employees, focusing on the employee journey mapping. Internship was part of my Service design studies. I used surveys, interviews and observation to collect wide information about the employee experience. I made journey maps about the employee experience touch points and also created 4 different types of personas, focusing on the hybrid working model due to the corona restrictions.Worked closely together with the Silo AI people team and had many virtual workshops with the employees using Mural as a tool to co-operate together in a virtual surrounding. Workshops were focusing on the hybrid working model, ways of working, office layouts and playbooks. Project made it possible for all employees be part of the creation of the hybrid working model for the company. I also suggested some tools for the company based on the results (role descriptions, exit tool) -

In total 80 H&M stores in Holland during that time. From this role I was invited to join the team in the global visual merchandising team in Stockholm and I moved to Stockholm.
