With three decades of expertise in project management and large industrial investments, I have a comprehensive background spanning from feasibility studies to commissioning and takeover. My strong foundation includes project management, process engineering, and process development, particularly within the process industry, nuclear sector, food and beverage industry, and infrastructure.I have successfully led international operations, including manufacturing, sales and operational planning, logistics, technical development, maintenance, and quality assurance. My management experience extends to handling international projects, multicultural teams, and mega projects with significant societal impact.I have served in various board roles across diverse sectors, including government company, start-ups, service providers, manufacturing, and infrastructure SPV. In all these roles, a common thread has been driving transformation through large investments or extensive strategic development. I am now focusing more on board roles, consulting, and steering group roles to leverage my strategic, governance, and stakeholder management experience, and leadership skills for organizational excellence.
