With over 10 years of experience as the Head of Technical Service and R&D Finland at Chromaflo Technologies Europe, I have developed a strong expertise in international chemical industry, paints & coatings, tinting systems and colors. I have led the technical department in Vantaa site, ensuring that my team supports and consults customers, sales and agents in technical issues and solutions related to tinting systems in the Nordics, Russia/CIS region. I have also acted as the Technical Account Manager of specific customers, building long-term relationships and delivering value-added services.Since 2017, I have been working as QEHS Manager Vantaa at Chromaflo Technologies Finland Oy. In this role, I have been responsible for ensuring that Vantaa site operates in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and legal requirements, managing internal and external audits, and striving for continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures to ensure product quality, smooth operations and added value to customers. I have also been leading the occupational health and safety culture, acting as the safety advisor for Vantaa factory. I am characterized by constructive questioning and continuous improvement and development of processes and procedures, combined with project management expertise and mindset towards lean. I completed studies for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in August 2024. As a person, I am positive, energetic, open-minded, and dynamic. I am eager to learn new things and guided by goal-oriented and problem-solving mentality. I am highly interested in working with sustainable solutions or circular economy.
