Minna Jay is a partner at Russ August & Kabat, where she focuses on intellectual property and litigation. She specializes in complex patent and other intellectual property disputes, and has significant experience in all phases of litigation before federal district courts, the ITC, and the USPTO. Over recent years, she has helped attain highly favorable settlement and trial outcomes resulting in multiple millions of dollars in awards and settlements for her clients across a wide range of technologies, including smart thermostats, data compression, wireless communications, electronic storage devices, and semiconductors.
