Nokia did Nokia SAP/ERP Delivery Solution business transfer to Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TATA) on February 2013. The same responsibilities applied to when I acted as a Process Developer for Nokia (01/2012-02/2013). I received some additional responsibilities under TATA (pre-)Sales:I took main responsibility from Nokia business/operational need.

Responsibility area:Process Developer and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for Nokia Supplier Master Data Management under SAP Master Data Management (MDM) tool. This area covered Supplier Dashboard, Software Dashboard and Knowledge Management/Document Database. I also acted as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) for some time.I also acted as a Key-user for.

I was responsible for Operational Project Manager and/or Sourcing Manager tasks in HR outsourcing projects covering Finnish payroll, European Payroll Collaboration project and Finnish external temporary labour services.I was fully responsible for centralized global Software re-seller and SW source code service agreements including global electronic.

I negotiated Agreements/Contracts for Global Market Resource Management and for Advanced Analytics Area for Nokia Marketing use.I created first Software (SW) and Hardware (HW) catalogues for Nokia Factories globally making procurement and supply chain process more efficent in Test and Measurement Assembly area. I also made sure that continental specific SW.

I mainly purchased and negotiated software and consultancy specific deals for Nokia Information Technology (IT) area globally.I also supported Nokia (Senior) Sourcing Managers with their critical and/or big cases.

I did purchases for all category areas covering region of Nokia Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland.I created IT desktop and laptop recycling process for Nokia Finland with specific Nokia business persons and IT team. We implemented the process and it is still in use at Nokia (year 2013).

My responsibilities covered actions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger area and asset accounting in Mobile Phones area globally with executive team reporting. I also took part in SAP implementation into Nokia finance.
