The deals covered process and other development work for use of Finance, Sourcing and Nokia factories globally.We (as a Scrum Team) were able to test,update and implement Windows 8/IE10 into the SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Knowledge Management (KM) Supplier Management area successfully. My responsibilty area covered Nokia Supplier Management for Direct Sourcing, In-Direct Sourcing and Nokia financial area.Achievements:I managed, trained and supported Nokia IT Supply Management area emplouees to use efficently Accept 360/IT tool for Project/Requirement Management area based on Agile Scrum Methodology. These trainings covered areas like Scrum Teams, Sprint Plannings, Daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews (Demo sessions) and Retrospective meetings. I also shared with the teams all new features and hints I received from global Accept 360 key-user meetings. I received lots of positive feedback from the teams and my managers as new ways of working helped to prioritize develoment requirements and with Agile Scurm I successfully managed to bring flexibility and real-time view into the work.Nokia Sourcing Managers and key-users globally found my trainings and user guides very clear and informative.My own sourcing and financial background made it easy to explain Sourcing development needs to Nokia IT technical team and visa versa. I mainly purchased and negotiated software and consultancy specific deals for Nokia Information Technology (IT) area globally.I also supported Nokia (Senior) Sourcing Managers with their critical and/or big cases.

I did purchases for all category areas covering region of Nokia Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland.I created IT desktop and laptop recycling process for Nokia Finland with specific Nokia business persons and IT team. We implemented the process and it is still in use at Nokia (year 2013).

My responsibilities covered actions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger area and asset accounting in Mobile Phones area globally with executive team reporting. I also took part in SAP implementation into Nokia finance.
