I have spent 13 years serving in the United States Army as a medical professional. I have 10 of those 13 years in leadership positions ranging from teams & groups of 2-3 to teams & groups of 150-200 Soldiers and civilians. I excel at developing, coordinating, executing, and managing military programs for any organization I am a part of. As a coach, mentor, instructor, and leader I develop and maintain lines of communication with leadership and subordinates to enhance and optimize Soldier readiness and performance. I have 5+ years of experience establishing and administering effective physical readiness programs to maximize physical performance and reduce the risk of injuries. I have received numerous awards and recognition for my superior performance in positions such as medical operations, instructor, facility supervisor, pregnancy and postpartum physical fitness training and leadership, holistic health and fitness program management and development.
