As a hospice administrator with over 15 years of hospice experience, I oversee the daily operations of Heartland Hospice Services, a leading provider of end-of-life care. I am responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and efficiency of our services, as well as the satisfaction and well-being of our patients and staff. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a strong background in direct patient care, medication administration, and patient advocacy. In my previous role as the Director of Professional Services at Heartland Hospice - Westmont, I managed a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides, and coordinated the delivery of interdisciplinary care to patients. I also developed and implemented policies, procedures, and best practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, and to comply with regulatory standards and ethical principles. I am passionate about providing compassionate, dignified, and holistic care to patients and their families, and supporting them in their time of need. I am also committed to fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment for my team, and to enhancing their professional development and growth. I am excited to be part of Heartland Hospice Services, and to contribute to its mission of enriching the lives of our patients and their loved ones.
