In addition, my responsibilities include:-Oversight of all accounts, ledgers and financial reporting systems ensuring all records are in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.-Analyzing and presenting financial data in an accurately and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; and keeping senior leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status-Leading and coordinating all financial statement audits, attestation engagements, and tax return preparation ensuring filing/completion by required deadlines.-Monitoring internal controls and collaborating with process owners to identify and mitigate critical financial/business risks.-Managing and forecasting organizational cash flow by working in partnership with other finance personnel; continuously collaborating with executive leadership to assess the financial efficacy of operations and assisting in establishment of finance and administrative systems to support the organization's operations.- Assisting with business development/transaction activities and providing financial accounting oversight and technical guidance to related parties-Supporting financial analysis personnel by assisting with development of financial modeling and creation of new analytical and forecasting tools.Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 300 industry experts are committed to investigating, analyzing and comparing products and sales concepts to ensure the advisor has all the right solutions.
