Responsibilities:• Plan 6 weeks production to OEM factory rolling on weekly base according to customer orders, monitor daily production and materials status and ensure production attainment.• Deal with OEM factory to adjust production plan shortly• Monitor the materials delivery date with OEM/suppliers and oversea material planning team.• Work with RD/local Engineer team and OEM to deal with NPI and production status, and to trigger/monitor deviation changes for materials.

Responsibilities:• Plan and purchase automotive lighting electronic parts from 3rd party, manage supplier and ensure on time delivery, adjust production planning and shipping methods, etc.• Keep track of customer forecast, work closely with sales and CS to update demand planning and procurement planning.• Set up and optimize working process, improve working efficiency and accuracy.• Inventory control, balance demand and inventory level to improve inventory turnover rate.

Customer and order management for domestic, export, and intercompany business both in and outside SAP software environment. Further supports the sales team to meet target sales, turnover, and customer satisfaction.

Plan automotive ballast (~ EUR 47M’) material and production forecast for 18months rolling each month, set up buffer stock, ensure on time material availability, production and delivery to fulfill customer demand. Set up 2-3 new projects ramp up plan each month, coordinate with project team to monitor the new product develop and production status. Ensure mass production in time.Implement contingency plan from time to time, including production, quality, material shortage issues, etc, figure out deadline and minimum customer demand to coordinate related departments to make out the action plan.Coach subordinates and job arrangement.Keep good performance to achieve the team targets for inventory turns, on time delivery and lean projects, etc.

 Coordinate manufactory and US marketing to fulfill production plan. Order management and delivery arrangement. Follow up new project launch date and update the production plan on weekly base.

 Plan production schedule according to customer demand and production capacity.  Follow up new products from development, pilot production, production start to shipment.
