5-month contract managing the special arrangement applications, through SAP, for Cambridge English exams, dealing with requests from all over the globe. This role was fast paced with tight deadlines, where responsibility was given to assess applications alone or within a small group. Additionally, during this time I worked with the exam printing team to place orders with Canon, through SAP, to maintain stock levels of exam papers.

Working in a fast-paced environment in November Admissions Testing session for university applications, maintaining an organised work schedule to assist all customers as efficiently as possible.Training on Zendesk, 8x8 and advanced Excel work, helping to answer calls and emails from candidates and centres running the tests, whilst working in a team to communicate and distribute queries.

Working in the café during the seasonal opening of Chippenham Park, using the till system and working in a team environment to ensure high customer satisfaction.Alongside this, assisting the event planner when needed with the summer weddings that take place at Chippenham, helping to guarantee a stress-free day for the couples.

Processing prescriptions and using a till system in a busy local pharmacy, which required high attention to detail, patience and good communication skills to resolve customer needs and lease between the pharmacist, doctor’s surgeries and the customers. I processed inventory and kept track of the shops stock, whilst also checking patients prescriptions before handing them to customers, maintaining a high level of discretion.
