Level Architects is a design led practice. We are specialising in residential, interiors (commercial/residential) and mixed use developments and providing our clients with bespoke boutique service.Level Architects was established by Minoo Samadi. Minoo is a NSW registered architect (reg no. 9617). She graduated in Masters of Architecture from the University of New South Wales. She has worked at AC Architects, TKD Architects and Woods Bagot Architects in last 9 years. Her experience covers the variety of building types from small private residence or a tiny retail interior fit out to some landmark residential and public buildings. This enables her to design and deliver any size project whether it is a house or a multi-unit residential project.“What I really care about is to deliver a design which responds to clients’ brief and budget and off course its urban context. Every commission has its own unique characteristics. Therefor there is always excessive around the table discussions to understand clients ’needs. Working around the client’s budget is probably my favourite part. We deliver some good projects with small budget. Good projects are not always on a big budget.”The architectural services we provide include, concept design, design development, regularity requirements (DA CC OC), construction documentation, contractor selection, contract administration,The types of projects we deliver include, new residence, extension and alteration to existing buildings, multi-unit residential/mixed us development requiring SEPP 65 compliance, interior fit out for commercial and residential premises.
