I am Minoo Naeemi. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. In my last year, I taught high school courses to students preparing for university entrance exams. I received constructive feedback from students and professors.Following my undergraduate studies, I was admitted to the Civil Engineering Program at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. Through my research activities, I was able to publish a conference paper titled "Optimal Allocation of Water Resources Based on the Water Accounting Framework Using Genetic Algorithm" at the Eleventh International Civil Engineering Congress in Tehran, Iran. My master's dissertation focused on the same topic. Throughout my dissertation, I faced various challenges that required collaboration with government agencies to solve scientific problems creatively using different methods to achieve reliable results.After graduation, I joined Aransage Company as a civil engineer in 2016. Aransage is a large manufacturing and construction company offering high-quality engineering, procurement, and construction services for both local and overseas markets, located in Tehran. In this role, I have been responsible for managing multiple tasks in mega projects, including:- Determining, implementing, and monitoring engineering strategies, policies, and plans- Establishing project schedules and budgets- Ensuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance are met- Coordinating labor resources and procurement and delivery of materials, plant, and equipment- Consulting with architects, engineering professionals, and technical workers- Preparing tenders and statements- Implementing coordinated work programs for sites- Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' workThroughout my career, I have always aimed to complete projects on schedule and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. I have experience working on group projects and have demonstrated self-motivation through my master's thesis work. As a result, I am comfortable working in both collaborative and independent settings.In terms of professional experience, I am interested in advancing my career and seeking new opportunities.
