As Director of Relationship Management for the United States Conference of Mayors my role is to nurture and develop meaningful relationships securing public sector business.

Responsibilities are managing a portfolio of 4.3 million members, over 25K in policies and over $40 million in premium. I develop and execute upon sales and relationship management strategies to drive policy growth, performance and partner engagement. I influence and manage cross functional relationships with internal and external partners across the enterprise. I am responsible for managing through contract proposals, renewals, extensions or terminations where appropriate.

Consultant for new and existing accounts in cross selling Document Management Solutions products.

Managed a branch portfolio of $150 million in total consumer and business balances. My role mandated development of sales strategies and coaching to achieving quarterly and annual sales goals. I was responsible for the training and development of sales and operations staff, and establishing relationships with small and medium sizes business in the assigned branch territory. Included daily coaching and sales leadership to teller staff and investment advisers in achieving sales goals and objectives.
