As Township Monitor and Team Leader Position in MNCH (Shae Thot Program) at Pact in Myanmar, I expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation, implementation the project activities, work plan supervision and giving trainings to the Maternal and Child Health Defenders (MCHDs) and Village Development Committees (VDCs).As Assistant Training Officer at Pact Global Microfinance, I provided training for partner organization with financial literacy training, how to save, working capital management training at Chin state, Taunggyi, Myingyan and Mon State.As Junior Trainer at Discovery & Development Corner and ProAct Training and Consultancy, I provided Team Building and Leadership training, Self-Help Group Management training, Community Base Organization training, Project Cycle Management training and Organization Need Assessment (ONA), Organization Capacity Assessment (OCA) for different organizations (such as INGO, NGO and LNGO). As Training Coordinator Position at HelpAge International (Myanmar), I expertise in government relations, training and development includes staff capacity, create design for training and Annual Review workshop, Soft Skill training and regarding project training for Inclusive Self-Help Group, Social protection training, Facilitation training, Community Development training and TOT training for project staff.
