- Revamped Power BI dashboard data queries with SQL and automated data export into Google Sheets through gateway connections and Google Apps Script, saving thousands of costs in man-hours by eliminating need for daily manual entry. - Successfully identified noisy time-series data through Hilbert-Huang Transform, bringing huge potential in quantification of underlying noise level in data which was previously only possible with visual inspection. - Spearheaded data reduction project by suggesting new algorithm and brought about more than 95% compression in process data while maintaining fidelity score of at least 90%.- Implemented predictive maintenance analyses through statistical process control for various process parameters, resulting in significant early detection of unusual events by five days.- Refined how statistical process control (SPC) was implemented for cyclic processes through rigorous data analysis, leading to successful detection of transmitter issues for early rectification.
