About Min Seto
Do you need help developing the capacity to value your organisation's social impact? Now, more than ever before, it is critical for organisations to embed outcomes measurement into their program delivery, so we can clearly demonstrate the social value of the work that we're doing. As a funder/investor or service provider, we need to be able to see which programs are providing the best value for money and are having the greatest impact on people's wellbeing. We need a robust and comparable approach to social impact measurement so that we can ensure that our limited funding is being directed to where it can do the most good.Through the development and implementation of the Australian Social Value Bank (ASVB), we're working to make sure organisation’s can value the social impact they are creating, simply yet robustly. If you would like to learn how the ASVB can be used within your organisation to calculate the social value of the work that you do, please feel free to get in touch. With a career in human services that spans three States and over a decade, I'm passionate about making sure that the value of the work we do, the social value, is no longer left out of the decision-making equation. I believe this will help to stop perverse decisions being made where only economic benefits are considered, often to the detriment of the environment and society. We need to move towards a wellbeing economy, and the ASVB is one small step in this long journey.
Listed skills include Leadership, Social Impact Measurement, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, and 47 others.
