I am from the South part of China, the city is Guangzhou. I can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I graduated in December 2019 Pacific International Hotel Management School, I studied graduate diploma level 7 in this school. Recently, I work in a Chinese restaurant as a duty manager. I take orders and booking, introduce drinks that include wines, come with food taste to customers, solve problems to make customers feel satisfied. I have a manager certificate, I know alcohol standards. I was an accountant supervisor for seven years in a garment company that had annual revenue of at least 1,000 million RMB per year in China, but it closed in 2017. I like to talk with guests because by chatting with them can understand the needs of guests, at the same time can give guests a deep impression and delay the waiting time. Once I received an email, I will reply to customers. Because customers like to have answers quickly and accurately. I am an honest and reliable person. This is because I was an accountant for many years. My work attitude is can do and on time to finish the tasks. Also, I am good at number work and keep an eye for details. I like my workplace environment friendly because of work colleagues as a big family in the company. By communicating with colleagues, I can understand them and give them help.
