Monja Minsi has over 16 years experience in programming, strategic and institutional development, capacity building, resource mobilization, community life competence, MenEngage, Research, Policy Analysis and Advocacy, Knowledge Management, Project Design and Management, M&E and Learning (MEL). Monja has vast knowledge in creating strategic partnerships with existing and potential donors. He has abilities in working closely with local and central governments, entire community, NGOs, UN missions, Development Partners; Print and Electronic Media. Monja has worked in both conflict and post conflict environments.Monja has a Master of Public Health - Health Promotion, Master of Science in Development Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management and Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict and Development from Open University UK. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Health Management from Foundation for Professional Development in association with Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s Degree of Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University. . He also holds other professional qualifications in Media Relations and Communication for Gender Advocacy; M&E Fundamentals and Frameworks; Data Quality, Management and Use for Program Managers; and Economic Evaluation Basics offered by John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and others such as; ToT Advocacy and Older Citizen Monitoring Groups; Understanding Poverty and Policy Analysis; and Home Based and Palliative Care.
