As a Market Manager, I was responsible for the recruitment, retention, and performance management of workforces in Birmingham AL, Columbus OH, and Jacksonville FL.

• In this role, I was responsible for staffing part-time, full-time, and temporary positions for Operations. The seasonality of the moving industry allowed me the unique challenge of rapidly scaling an operation to cover.

Campus Directors are selected at each university to recruit, watch video interviews of Bellhop applicants, hire a team of student Bellhops, and oversee the operation, making sure jobs are filled.

As an AD, I was responsible for 16 male college aged counselors as well as day to day operations and programs. I gained experience with conflict resolution for disputes between staff and confronted staff with attitude issues. My main goal was to support, encourage, and motivate.
