Clinical science lead for Phase 2 and Phase 3 registrational trials of Immune checkpoint inhibitor, supporting regulatory submissions globally.

• Design scientific strategy of the clinical development plan.• Scientific oversight of Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials in transplantation and deliver within projects and programs• Develop clinical study documents, lead scientific interpretation and analysis of clinical data. Author study reports, internal and external meeting presentations and peer-reviewed publications, and regulatory submission documents.

• Establish short -to-long term research strategy, design and deliver brand & ingredient specific pre-clinical and clinical studies. • Act as a lead scientist of clinical trials to ensure study approval, initiation, smooth execution and data analysis in a team setting (in collaboration with medical directors, statisticians, clinical monitors, data manager and other relevant stakeholders). Responsible for clinical data review, interpretation and topline data rollout to R&D and broader multidisciplinary teams, creating final study report and publications.• Provides scientific leadership, directions and input for ingredients/products and technologies to commercial, regulatory and cross-functional project team to support business priorities.• Presents scientific findings at scientific conferences and symposium. Actively establish and maintain subject matter expert status in both organization and broadscale scientific community. • Develop proactive and effective partnership with global & regional scientific/medical/technical expects. Reach and engage external key opinion leaders (KOLs) and experts in the field to identify, pursue and develop research collaborations.

• Support nutrition education initiatives by writing scientific articles and organizing continuing education (CE) literature for ANHI website• Assist with planning and coordinating the annual Abbott sponsored research conference, engaging and communicating with external key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Participate in innovation group, providing and advocating ideas for new project/product opportunities.

• Studied the biochemical properties of the enzyme glycosyltransferase from two E.coli strains by using molecular and biochemical techniques, e.g. cloning, protein isolation and purification. • Lectured in undergraduate Biology 101- recitation and lab, designing quiz questions and grading lab reports, holding office hour for one-on-one problem solving
