• Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.• To Assist and review ITPs, Shop Drawings & Work Orders.• Monitor and supervise subcontractors on the site.• Ensure build site has tools and materials needed for the day's task.• Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies.• Directly responsible for the signing off of permits and inspection.• Highlight any Design issues/Clashes and inform design and construction managers

Resolve any discrepancies between the completed milestone and quality documentationReview suppliers inspection and test plans against the milestone scope of workCoordinate with the commissioning department to define the scope of workAssist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiersProvide progress information for incorporation into project reportsMonitor hydrostatic test packs for incorporation into as-built dossiersConsider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the site QC managerMonitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiersAttend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetingsCoordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectorsProvide progress data to the planning and scheduling department
