• Managing integration of 1200 systems and applications into change and incident processes to create a system to process incident system properly and transfer them to appropriate groups for resolution on time and on target.• Analyzing all escalated issues across all production environment, identifying potential risks and impacts and collaborating with lobal teams to ensure resolution meet agreed SLA.• Senior Leader notification during major disruption, coordinating leadership escalations, documenting bridge activities, and publishing post incident Service Disruption update reports.• Review SLA performance and recommend any service improvement plans, if required.
