• Performed L1&L2, SD Activities, including time corrections and Genuinity checks, in additionto managing IVRS calls.
• Monitored and analyzed quality reports of user’s complaints regarding food orders, identifyingpatterns & updating into given disposition excel sheet.
• Utilizing the CMS (Central Managing system). Responsible for modifying the restaurantdescription on swiggy page in accordance with specific instruction provided by owner.
• Updated restaurant’s opening & closing times promptly and accurately on CMS using slug tool.
• Verifying the authenticity of customer’s food and complaints.
