As MoneyGram's Partner Manager in Myanmar, I reported directly to the Regional Revenue Head and was entrusted with the responsibility of managing MoneyGram's partner banks, including AGD bank, MCB bank, TUN Commercial bank, and SBI remit Japan. In this role, I managed daily and long-term partner issues and concerns, prioritizing relationship building through exceptional service and delivering on international money transfer transactions.To ensure success, I collaborated closely with partner banks' product teams, compliance, finance, marketing, retail, and operations to deliver requirements based on regional and market needs, and communicate and implement new services. As a Project Coordinator for ACAS, I facilitate communication between the Head-office in Thailand and Laos, as well as ACAS's partners in Myanmar. My role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, and organizing stakeholder meetings while documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from these meetings.I act as the key liaison between stakeholders and ACAS's staff on all aspects of the project.
