• Manage scrapper chain production (100.000 m/year)• Prepare daily and weekly production plans in accordance to the available sales orders, ensuring that all delivery times are met with optimal use of work force and the plant's production capacities. Ensure that the production is continuous and without unjustified downtimes. Coordinate the procurement and delivery of the raw materials and semi products required to fullfil the production plan.• Ensure that all products are made in line with the prescribed technology, respecting all quality standards. Control the application of the quality control / quality assurance procedures in the plant and take corrective measures for the quality improvement.• Manage the available human resources according to the business needs in order to achieve the business results.• Prepare and manage the operating and investment budgets in order to minimize the cost, while maintaining the optimal quality. Report about the material and resources consumption and propose the cost saving initiatives.• Ensure that all applicable EHS and fire safety rules and regulations are applied and maintained. Control the application of EHS and fire safety in the plant and take actions in case of non-compliance• Lead the expansion and technology transfer projects for new products and capacity.

Prepare bid packages for design works, and construction works and develop bid evaluation matrices. Organize and lead bid evauation and vendor selection process. Develop draft Contracts, negotiate final provisions for all Contracts.• Prepare project time schedule, and spending plan and report regularly.• Manage project teams by defining specific tasks to team members. Report regularly consumption KPIs. Propose, develop and implement energy saving initiatives.• Lead energy saving program for Cluster of five production centers. Report regularly Cluster's energy performance. Organize, participate, and follow up energy assessments and audits in the Cluster. Follow up and report projects' status for all affiliates in the Cluster.• Manage team performance and ensure organization development (20 employees). Perform annual performance evaluation of employees. Develop and follow up training plans for employees. Propose areas with potential for outsourcing. Participated in organizational right-sizing in 2009 and 2011.• Develop bid packages for large purchases, and long-term contracts. Participate in evaluating bids, and making decisions on chosen vendor. Develop draft Contracts, and negotiate final provisions of all Contracts in area of responsibility.• Contracts, contractors and outsourced services management within the Factory (around 30 Contracts in total value exceeding 2M$ annually. Services are provided in industrial, warehousing, and administrative environment, with more than 500 internal clients). Develop, implement and follow up Service Level Agreements, and monthly Performance Indicators for all critical Contracts.• Development and execution of CAPEX projects within utilities and buildings maintenance. Ensure that compliance with all EHS regulations is achieved during projects implementation.• Manage spare parts stock for the whole Factory (stock value 3M$). Report regularly stock levels, turnover, and other KPIs. Propose actions for stock reduction.

• CAPEX Projects development from objectives and scope definition to the budget approval.• Manage design development process, organize, facilitate and follow up the design review meetings with key stakeholders. Contracts management in terms of timing, spending, scope and quality.• Manage permitting process with Government agencies, and designing companies.• Construction works management, Project schedule and cost management, and regular reporting. Attendance to the Factory Acceptance Tests before the equipment delivery.• Ensure that all applicable safety, fire safety and environmental regulations are fully respected throughout project execution.• Responsible for the equipment commissioning, start up and performance testing.• Organize equipment and documentation handover to end user. Prepare and submit project closing documentation.
