I organized and implemented organizational preparations for the certifications of Integrated management system as well as the preparations for external quality audits. From the implementation of the system to the termination of employment, I worked on maintaining and improving the Integrated management system. While working in ČIP d.o.o, I designed an organizational structure and carried out a workplace systematization. I established the sector of product quality control. I was also in charge of implementation of process model of the organisation.

I worked on the workplaces: commercial officer, designer and engineer of quality management system and quality manager. While working in this company, I carried out the implementation of the Standards: ISO 9001:1996, ISO 9001:2001, and ISO 9001:2008. I organized and carried out 11 internal audits of QMS. Also, I organized and implemented organizational preparations for the certifications of quality management system as well as preparations for external quality audits. From the implementation of the Standards to the termination of employment, I worked on maintaining and improving the quality management system. While working in Elektrotehna Nis, I carried out several company restructurings and a workplace systematization.

I worked on the workplaces: final quality control technologist, technologist in reliability testing of semiconductor components and independent quality control technologist.
