Spain/Tampere

I moved to Spain in the beginning of 2014 and started working as a website developer. I designed, implemented and maintained several websites for a finnish customer. The websites are build with Joomla! CMS but a part of the design/functionalities are customized using HTML and CSS -techniques and also Javascript and PHP -languages. I moved back to Finland in august 2015 and at the moment I´m doing normal administration and developing new functionalities for the sites. I have also continued my role as an Salesforce administrator with the same customer that I worked in Alma Media.

As a Salesforce administrator I continued with normal support for the new system and also did some additional development. The development consisted of new functionalities and some improvements for the existing ones. For sales I created reports and kept sure that they were taking a full advantage of the system in their daily jobs. Since Salesforce is updated three times a year one task was to keep up with the changes so that the existing integrations and functionalities would continue to work.I also participated to admin another Salesforce instance and helped with the testing/deployment of new functionalities. Also did some regression testing for a mobile version of a new real estate site.

Product owner responsibilities in a project where Salesforce was integrated to a custom real estate system. In the beginning I studied the Salesforce CRM on my own and then completed the certificate for it. The two systems customer, product and user data were integrated and my job was to specify this and also to configure Salesforce to adapt to the business model in hand. Also documenting and the training of the Salesforce side was my responsibility. The project was managed using SCRUM and a the team consisted of a local finnish team and a foreign subcontractor so the main working language was english.

Anvia IT Oy was a Visma Nova partner company and my role was to sell, install, train and give consulting for Visma Nova ERP. I was responsible for the ERP of small and big companies in the region of Tampere. I had also monthly sales quotas and together with my colleague we also acquired new customers. My main goals was to create long and lasting customer relationships which in my own opinion I managed to achieve.

Vaasa

Worked as a customer support person for the Visma Nova ERP -system. My work consisted of answering calls, emails and helpdesk tickets in the first line of support. I was also responsible for the storaging module requests since I had previous experience with it.
