• Handle the payroll for outsource and casual workers.• Manage the medical reimbursement and claim (RedAlert Online).• Oversee the associate hostel - Do the tenancy agreement, pay utilities bill, liaise with the owner, maintain the hostel condition.• Monitor the attendance for all outsource and casual workers (Vigilance Attendance Management System). • Administer the management leave application and record.• Supervise all the outsource and casual workers.• Handle transport request to fetch casual worker for a ad hoc function.• Manage the claim for Social Security Organization (SOCSO).• Handle registration for outsource and casual workers.• Receive all the in-going document.• Manage the hotel's football team.
