• Establish robust product assembly process at optimal level; a high SPC driven and efficient manufacturability.• Ensuring compliance with customer flow down requirement and industrial standard (IPC & J-standard Class II and III)• Providing DFM (Design Failure Manufacturability) recommendation to CFT; via solution of improve cost & quality efficiency-Early detection forEngineering improvement opportunity on NPI stages allow mitigation for manufacturing constraint during mass production.• Flawless execution of Engineering change (EC) & Deviation Change (DC) flow from customer per compliance requirement.• Lead and drive through continuous improvement on yield and quality metrics, via Quality Clinic, Kaizen project with cross team member-Engagewith engineering and supporting team, devising strategies &actions to drive yield for high mix low volume (HMLV) manufacturing process.• Lead process qualification and validation on NPI (New Product Introduction)-Handling multiple medical & aviation NPI activities parallelly withinexpectation

Playing role as Quality Assurance Reliability Engineer (QAR), in which execute various test design and quality assurance metrology for product inspection standard, upholding as per agreed clientele quality level standard. With that purpose, acting as team leader in organizing and managing the Reliability Lab section member, in delivering on-time quality data analysis; failure analysis and reliability analysis prior product shipment gate. This role would holistically extend to :-Engaging with customer requirement on product related testing and evaluation.-Proposing valid design metrology as per JEDEC standard-Covering SOP and documentation prior product reliability area in which, Inspection Standard, Operating Manual Operating Instruction OMOI, Temporary Work Instruction TWI, One Point Lesson OPL.-Supporting in-house quality improvement via performing reliability and failure analysis on process, material and design modification.-Drawing and proposing corrective action as cross-functional team value on problem related case.-Providing quality data within time-frame, in order to meet ontime delivery (OTD) for shipment gate.-Operating and maintaining assignable test operation and equipments. ie. Hot Oil chamber, Temperature Cycle Chamber, Pressure test chamber, Reflow machine, High Humidity chamber, Bond Tester, Pull tester, Thermo-mechanical Analysis equipment and etc.

• Involved with several fundamental manufacturing processes in fertilizers formulation i.e. granulation• Monthly monitoring on plant operational data and ensure input’s accuracy to the production plan• Involved in the cost optimization plan for production operation• Proposed new simplified format of monthly plant production report and streamline the usage of the new format• Involved in day-to-day operational and maintenance activities i.e. pumps and valves plant monitoring• Participated in annual scheduled plant Mini Turnaround (TA)• Involved in HSE activities i.e. Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Toolbox Meeting, Hazard Hunt• Involved in R&D of new products for multinational clientele i.e. FELCRA• Performed study or analysis of the plant bottle-necking - crusher efficiency

• Project progress daily, weekly and monthly reporting and tracking in accordance to the agreed project schedule • Monitor and verify any modification activities during fabrication stage • • Involved in cost optimization activities on critical projects• • Attend coordination meeting with company representatives, clients and design consultants• • Tracking actual progress and physical work executed by sub-contractors• • Involved in HSE activities i.e. Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Toolbox Meeting, Hazard Hunt• Proactively involved in self-learning via the in-house knowledge sharing portal • Ensure the project deliverable carried out as per agreed engineering scope of works•
