• Handling all IT and Admin procurement for both Dubai office and RAK yards.• Handling of re-calibration requirement for all the tools of the yard.• Handled few of the repair and maintenance items of yard like plumbing etc.• Sending of RFQ, obtaining quotations, sending the quotations for technical review, Preparation of Comparison(CBE) and getting necessary approvals for release of Purchase Order.• Follow up with Technical Team for getting the necessary recommendations.• Commercially negotiating with Vendors for finalization of the Order to get the best price.• Coordinating with Finance department for release of payment.• Development of new vendors for obtaining the quality products at the right price and right time.• Co-ordination with the logistics team and handing over of all the custom related document to the clearing agent.• Supplier evaluation forms – Sending supplier evaluation forms to variousSuppliers, follow up with suppliers, sending the received documents for approval to the QC & HSE department and maintaining the records of the duly filled & closed out forms after Evaluation from QC & HSE department.• Supplier & Vendor data management.• PO’s (Purchase Orders) – The complete processing of the PO’s on Matrix &JD starting from preparing, follow-ups during different stages of approval till final release.• Sub-contractor Payment Certificate –Issuing payment certificates as perdifferent milestones achieved by sub-contractors.• Receiving the material in the system – Material receiving in system (JD) & (Matrix) from the Invoices / Delivery orders.• Documentation File – All documentation/filing/record maintaining related tothe procurement department.• Responsible for all Document control for Finance Department like maintaining the Invoice, sending to the concern department for their approval, receiving the same and processing the same for payment. • Qualified in 2017 as a Certified Purchasing Professional ( C.P.P )..
