Also ITT leverages its technical support expertise as one of core services to help customers during pre-sell and after-sell services, as part of its competitive edge.Job Descriptions:• Seek opportunity for market development through customer collaboration• Maintain business to business relationship between supplier and customer also supplier and end user (converter)• Handle customer complaint, product troubleshooting and quality issue• Assist customer for product trial process at customer site• Conduct product and market continuous analysis and improvement to fulfill customer requirement• Perform Sales planning, data analysis and reports to Board of Directors• Build better system to produce better business system communication• Doing the transaction administrative and documentation• Responsible to manage the confirmation document, invoice and delivery schedule arrangement either Import and Local Products• Executes order management, manage and maintain data for daily sales activities from order to delivery
