Leading product development of SKANMI based on FULL SAFe framework as Product owner at ESSENTIAL SAFe level. SKANMI is the world’s first real Food-commerce system which Webbmi is developing for the global food Industry to help the restaurants increase their sales using omni-channel ordering without paying high commission fees to existing food ordering marketplaces. Pilot project will be offered inside Swedish market in Beta Version under the banner of Webbmi AB Sweden. SKANMI aims to onboard 100K restaurants in next 5 years on its panel inside Europe, US and UK. Res Ihop is a carpooling mobile application with a unique yet very complex ride matching algorithm and I am part of it right from scratch since its inception. Not only worked as the product manager on this project but designed the whole product tech architecture as well. I have lead thisproject as Software Product manager for the mobile applications developed in MERN stack with team of over 15 software engineers & developers and testers.
