- Maintains knowledge of business operations and their strategic role within the organization
- Actively involved in maintaining and addressing health and safety and disability management matters
- Educates leaders in the interpretation and compliance of the collective agreement and coaches for consistency of application
- Communicates policies, regulations and procedures to managers and employees
- Assists in resolving management and employee issues by investigating complaints, evaluating and offering courses of action for resolution
