I am a storyteller from Chicago-ish, IL passionate about the issues that face the world today, particularly at the convergence of climate change and social justice. I am currently an M.A. Candidate at the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I am honing my reporting and multimedia journalism skills while expanding my education in environmental justice.I want to tell stories about how climate pressures and environmental inequities impact marginalized communities and the solutions needed for climate mitigation, adaptation, and planetary restoration. I enjoy writing about the human side of climate change including the technology, business, scientific research, and legislative infrastructure needed for a just energy transition and a more climate-conscious world, as well as the environmental side of climate change from the biodiversity crisis to innovative conservation solutions.
