ACCOUNTS:● Submission of Company Accounts to Companies House using VT Transaction+ and submission of Corporation Tax Return to HMRC using BTC software.● Preparation of working files in spreadsheets from clients’ given data and drafting the accounts of small businesses in the accounting software VT Transaction+.● Posting invoices and receipts, and bank reconciliation in Xero.VAT:● Preparation and finalization of quarterly VAT schedule for Standard & flat rate VAT clients and submission of VAT Return.● Registration & Deregistration of new VAT companies.PAYROLL:● Management of full payroll function in Payroll Manager (Moneysoft), Brightpay, and Xero which includes management of Pension, PAYE, and Nest registration, SSP, SMP, P-30, P-45, P60, and client communication for more than 350 payroll clients.COMPLIANCE:● Enrollment of new clients, adding their data to BTC software, incorporation to UK Companies House, and completion of compliance as per ICAEW guidelines.● Submission of Confirmation Statement and other administrative changes of UK companies.● Company strike-off, deadline extension of accounts, and monitoring the timely submission of Accounts & Tax return.OTHER:● Application of SA1 form for self-assessment clients.● Overseeing and training the remote team consisting of 6 employees in Bangladesh.● Attaining phone calls of clients in the absence of the call center operator.
