Erp Implementation Project Manager
Current• Work closely with partners from vendors, Supply Chain, BOCC, WMS, Manufacturing, Validation, QA, and QC teams internal to Gilead Sciences and the Managed Services partner.• Follow Gilead’s UNITY SLC (Software Life Cycle) model to deliver the project.• Manage a team of up to 20 resources across the globe to deliver the project with an aggressive timeline.• Management oversight of contract Project Managers and resources to ensure timely deliverables.• Conduct weekly team status meetings, project leadership and monthly steering committee meetings.• Responsible for creating PRs (Purchase Requisition) and POs (Purchase Orders) for project resources.• Use CLARITY tool for project forecast and budget management.• Submit monthly accruals in GPS and pull project Actuals reports using OBIEE.• Utilize Gilead tools like GTrack & GDocs to manage and track project documentation and approvals• Work with Validation & QA teams to ensure GxP compliance and address any deviations and amendments.• Conduct multiple cycles of testing (FUT, SQA, UAT, VAL) to ensure alignment with business needs.• Review and approve vendor invoices.• Manage the budget, create forecasts and ensure project stays within budget and schedule• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; communicate project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders.• Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies/plans• Provide leadership to evaluate and resolve barriers to team/project progress.• Present the project at Gate meetings at the end of phases to ensure process compliance.
