Follow with Bank on daily basis regarding advance payments and LC payment as per maturity date· Handle all Pre and Post Shipment export documents as per LC requirements E Form , Custom Invoice , Zero Rate Sales Tax Invoice, Chamber Certificate , PSFTA Certificates , GSP etc· Checking & Verifying all Bill related to export expenses KDLB Cess, By Road, Wharfage etc and forwarding to Finance for timely Payment to Supplier· Manage export operation from fixing of freight rate till issuance of loading program· Processing export Bills · Follow with the shipping line for Loading Programs and Follow up with the transporter for timely movement of monthly 800/1000 containers before cut off time in order to avoid storage and demurrages · Calculation of Dispatch / Demurrage in case of Break Bulk Shipments· Timely forwarding Freight Subsidy and Rebate Cases to the concerned authorities· Making EE EF form at the end of each year in order to avoid non performance penalties · Making Export Refinance Cases (DP Note ,UT 2 etc)· Making Annually, Monthly Dispatches Reports for CE · Making daily outstanding payment reports for GM (F & C) & CE· Making daily Loading Verses Dispatch report for CE
